IITH Integrated Resources Limited is the business and capacity building unit of the International Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, Yenagoa. The company is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to carry out business in hospitality-related activities which are in line with the hospitality value chain.
As the commercial arm of the Institute, IITH Integrated Resources Limited is dedicated to generating sustainable revenue, fostering entrepreneurial development, and creating value-added opportunities that support the Institute's mission of excellence, innovation, and service.
IITH Integrated Resources Limited came into existence in 2016 as Ventures Limited but was restructured and renamed as IITH Integrated Resources Limited in February 2025. This transformation marked a significant milestone in the Institute's journey toward enhanced commercial viability and operational efficiency.
The restructuring was designed to align the company's operations with contemporary business best practices, positioning it as a leading player in the hospitality value chain while generating sustainable income for the Institute.
Evelyn O. Ebitimi-Edward serves as the Director of IITH Integrated Resources Limited, bringing strategic leadership and business acumen to the organization. Under her guidance, the company continues to expand its entrepreneurial endeavors and capacity building initiatives.
She is committed to driving innovation, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring that IITH Integrated Resources Limited fulfills its mandate as a catalyst for economic growth and skills development within the hospitality sector.

IITH Integrated Resources Limited currently operates a bakery facility which serves as the maiden entrepreneurial endeavor geared towards satisfying the needs of its consumers while generating income for the Institute.
The company oversees the lease of the Institute's land space and facilities to the public who intend to use them for business purposes which are in line with the regulations of the institution.
IITH Integrated Resources Limited organises workshops and seminars for the purpose of public enlightenment, awareness creation, and skill acquisition which serves as vital tools for creating better equipped citizens in their individual spheres of endeavor.
